Alex Senior Support Worker 

I'm a support worker based on the Mornington Peninsula, working with participants across both community and in-home settings. Alongside direct support work, I take on a coordination role — helping oversee staff, rosters, and compliance — so I bring both hands-on care experience and an understanding of how the broader support system fits together. Outside of work, I coach and manage the U19 Men's team at Karingal Football and Netball Club and stay closely connected to the local community.
