"Dan is an incredible carer to my son, diagnosed with ASD. He works collaboratively with our family to ensure consistency of care with my son’s best interest at heart. This is our 3rd year with Dan and his care plan always aligns with my son’s short and long term goals. Teaching our son life skills is paramount and with Dan’s assistance and ongoing care we know we are slowly building his independence. Dan also makes sure that there is a fine balance between routine and variety to give my son enough opportunities to explore new activities and interests.
